Sometimes you just feel like a burger, well here you go! This burger will satisfy that urge without leaving behind our ethics. A great number that is so ridiculously simple to make you could almost do it while you’re sleep walking (there are flames involved, so it might be best if you don’t actually try).

Ingredients :
1 Vegan Chicken Burger patty
Slice of Notzarella vegan cheese
1 wholemeal bread roll
Salad greens
A handful of salad greens
Cherry tomatoes, quartered
A handful of mixed salad sprouts
1/4 of an avocado, diced
2 tablespoons of cooking oil (olive oil, sunflower oil, etc.)
Hamburger Sauce (your choice)
Directions :
1. Put oil in a frypan and after the oil is warm, place the Vegan Chicken Burger inside.
2. As you cook both sides of the patty lightly, slice the bread roll in half. Then place the cooked burger patty on one half.
3. Put the Mozzarella cheese on top. Add the greens and your favorite sauce. Close the bun. Mix the greens, the cherry, and the salad sprouts. Throw the avocado pieces
