Ingredients
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 Yellow Onion (chopped) 300 grams Okra(sliced) 2 Tomato (large, chopped) 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
Directions
1 Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Cook onion until tender and translucent.
2 Add okra and tomatoes. Cook for about 15 minutes until softened. Season with
salt and mix well.
3 Transfer to a bowl and serve. Enjoy!
