Ingredients : (makes 2 servings)

100g buckwheat, sprouted

Nori Seaweeds

Options for the Filling:

Bell peppers (any color)

Zucchini

Cucumber

Mushrooms

Scallions Optional Sauce :

Date honey, raw spicy mayonnaise

Directions :

To prepare the lentils :

1. Soak the buckwheat for 30–60 minutes.

2. Rinse it well.

3. Put it in a food processor and grind finely.

4.Put the buckwheat on the Nori seaweeds. 5. Place the filling on top, and roll.
